$6,300 – Eagle, WA:

“Rare 1982 red Italian made Lancia Zagato Spider , 4 cylinder, 5 speed manual, front wheel drive, seats 4. The uniqueness is in the Pinifarina body style, combined with a removable targa top and fold down rear window. Black leather interior. Newer Michelin tires,

Recent work ( Oct ’17 )of $2500 done locally at European Motorsports. The car runs great with a little warming up, is tight and handles well. . No known issues.

Selling an additional intact car -non running (1981) with a blown head gasket. This particular car is a very limited production and does have a title.

I have on hand a thick binder of documentation of repair, plus boxes of spare parts,e.g., alternator, new windshield, various interior switches etc. Original wheels included.

Road & Track found the Zagato “a tremendous amount of fun to drive.”
AutoWeek called it “a sports car [whose] driveability quotient ranks fairly high” (May 11, 1981). The engine was “silky smooth” and handling “quite predictable and forgiving.”

The Zagato’s handsome profile turns heads today, in part due to its scarcity. Only 9600 were built, with only 2100 coming to the US. 1982 was Lancia’s last year in the States. Prices were at more than $13,000.

Asking price for both cars and $2000 worth of spare parts is $6300. Hagerty and NADA shows an average price is
$7675.00 and $16,000 for a pristine example.

The car is in the Boise area. Test drives are welcome. The cars and parts were taken as part trade in Sept. Second car is securely parked at European Motorsport.
