$64,000 – Wylie, TX:

“Dallas Motorsports is pleased to present this 1959 Abarth Allemano Spider with a 948cc motor out of our showroom in Wylie, TX.

Derived from the Fiat 600, Carlo Abarth saw the potential to create a small and inexpensive sports car. Maximizing his craft on the vehicle, he was able to nearly double the horsepower output of the 750cc motor it came with and then commissioned Allemano to take charge of the body build.

Delivered new to the United States in 1959, this particular Abarth began its life racing in the H production SCCA class and has since been a southern car enjoyed by racing enthusiasts over the decades. Purchased from the second owner in 1988, it began the restoration process and returned to vintage racing again in 1991. The current caretaker of this classic Abarth took ownership in 1998, completed the restoration to a very high standard, and has since been competing in select vintage events with it for the past 20 years in CVAR, SVRA, RMVR, Coronado Island, and the Monterrey Historics. Ready to keep its career in vintage racing alive, this ’59 Abarth Allemano makes for an excellent racer for whomever is lucky enough to be the next owner.

Included with the vehicle is a 750cc race motor.

Enclosed trailer also available at an additional $4,000.00
