$650 – Pittsburgh, PA:

“My 1983 that I DDd for many years, then used as an amateur rally car for half a season, and then a spare car has finally come to its end for me. It was wrecked into while parked on my street in the rear drivers side. I got a salavage title and had the frame pulled and did some repairs but given our reinspection process and my limited need for it, I don’t think I’ll be putting it back on the road.

The major issue with the car is as it goes over a bump, when the rear end hits it, the car seems to jerk to a side as the suspension relaxes. I had a good Toyota tech look at it besides myself. We originally though it was the bushings in the suspension arms, and replaced those. I also replaced the struts and some other small components in the hunt for a solution. It’s not as noticible now and is technically driveable, however you would notice it, and I’d want it fixed before
I daily drive further than around the block.

Other than that there’s some old damage from back in the 90s in a previous life, so the bumper isn’t straight, but it was like that when I got it. I have a decent amount of spare parts including bumper cover, spare window glasses, and other stuff.

***Please note this car has a salvage title and would need substantial work before being able to be R titled and driven legally on the road, if possible at all***

Basic specs
230ish k on the frame, prob 130k on the motor (original was replaced with a donor from an 82 Celica after I broke it)

Motor is stock 22R save for a Weber 32/36 carb, and I removed the California air pump. I have almost all of the original carb set up save for some small vacuum hoses that didn’t make it.
New fuel pump.
Water pump is mid life.
Nothing else super interesting motor wise.

The body rust wise is okay. The car was in California until 2007, and
I’ve done my best to keep up on it, as you can see from various repair marks. The rear bumper is missing as the body shop doing the frame pull accidentlh scrapped it. The rest of the crash damage body wide was done at home. The rear light fits functionally but needs finishing work. The rest of the body has various dings and dents, and the paint sucks. I have spare and new headlight covers. The car has been sitting so there may be slightly more rust than in photos but shouldn’t be anything substantial.

The interior i did some work on. I added power windows and mirrors from a celica-Supra, and used the all stock set up. Afternarket radio and speakers. I also did the interior in black. I have the air frame
covers in black. I also added GTS seats. The rear seats are intact but need some TLC from carrying equipment.

And it has The P-type Supra rims.

And as I said I have various spare parts, including a bumper cover, and other various odds and ends, all which will be included.
