“i am selling my 1993 ford F-150 SVT lightning. this is #4515 of 5276 made. They only came in three colors , red , black and white. This truck is one of 2691 black. these trucks were only made for three years in this body style which is already considered a true classic by many. The Special Vehicle Team team started with a short box 2wd f150 and lowered it , and added stiffer springs competition shocks and sway bars. Then they added GT40 heads and intake to the 351W along with headers and true dual exhaust. a E4OD four speed automatic was then beefed up and a 4.10 Traction Loc 8.8 differential was built with a special case to handle the extra power. Ford also added special traction bars to these trucks. then ford went inside and added special seats and dash clust with tach and 120 mph speedo. they removed all chrome and added special 17” aluminum wheels.
This truck runs great and drives beautiful. it has 128k on the clock. it is all stock except for a cat back Bassini exhaust. the breaks are great and fresh , new steel brake lines and u joints. i installed a new high pressure power steering line also. The body has typical rust above the rear wheels , cab corners and front fenders. the truck looks good but will need some work or drive as is. one gas tank will need to be replaced as it leaks. Tires have lots of tread but are weather checked and not really serviceable as is .Clean WI title
