$6,500 – Loveland, CO:

“I’m selling my turbo 1987 BMW 327is (325is w/ 2.7 block) coupe, 5 speed manual transmission, running on Megasquirt 2+ v3.0, this car is a blast to drive, turbo spools quick, and no one expects it, very sleeper! Engine was just removed and resealed along with a bunch of new maintenance parts; timing belt, hoses, radiator replaced, plugs, wires, fuel filter, rubber fuel lines etc. Body has over 238,000 miles (needs odometer gears) very little rust, paint is in really good condition for a 30 year old paint job, of course it does have minor chips, dings, and scratches that should be expected, the driver’s fender is aftermarket and currently plasti-dipped. The suspension is all OE, there is some worn bushings but all the components and joints are still tight and it good condition. I bought this vehicle with the intention of making it a sleeper and the occasional track visit, but life has come up and I have to sell it before I can continue the build. I have a list of the modifications and upgrades at the end of the ad but other than the engine, turbo, clutch and megaquirt the vehicle is still stock and ready for whatever vision the next owner has for it. I have been driving the vehicle around at 10-11psi and it has been solid, the tune is safe up to 14-15psi right now and there is still some room to add timing for more power, but it’s a lot of fun to drive as it sits right now. The tires still have plenty of tread on them and no signs of dry-rot or cracking. I have an adjustable Recaro performance seat installed in the driver’s seat, the rest of the interior is okay but not great, such as typical dash cracks. The sunroof works as well as all the windows, the passenger front window is getting slow but still operates. Speedometer, tach, fuel, and coolant temp gauges operate as expected. I have not attempted emissions with this vehicle, if emissions is a concern I am including the OE fuel injectors and there is a slip joint in the 3″ exhaust to easily add a catalytic converter, then it would just need to have an emissions tune file written for it.

Test drives for a serious buyer only, please don’t reach out looking for a joy ride or assistance with your build. I’d like to get $6,500 for the vehicle including all the additional parts listed below, but I am open to serious offers. I prefer to sell everything together, and don’t need any assistance with the sale. I will remove the ad after the vehicle is sold.
