$3,000 – San Francisco, CA:

“I bought this car in 2007, which i imported from the Netherlands. Once i got it here i found rust in a section and decided to tear it down to make sure there wasn’t any more. Well, i found more. This has become a project that i was hoping someone else is willing to undertake as i have a few other projects to finish and no longer have time.

The car is almost complete, but there are parts missing. Here is a list:

– triangle door windows and posts are missing.
– engine had been removed
– i have a 325i engine and transmission to swap into the car, which you can have with the car. Also included are the motor mounts for that swap.
– rear passenger and driver windows are gone.
– i have a limited slip differential from a 320is you can have with the car
– brand new steering column rod.
– brand new poly bushings some of the car
– new racing seats (Scheel-mann)
– hood is gone as it was too rusty to keep.

Title:
I have never registered this car, so make sure you have that in line as california has made it hard to register cars from out of country. I suggest looking into that before calling.

I am losing money but would rather do that and have someone with a love finish the project. This is a large project, as you can see in the pictures, but if you have a good knowledge of body work, this can be a wonderful vehicle.
