$5,000 – Gresham, OR:

“**Price is firm**

Up for sale is my ’79 EJ swapped DL wagon – the perfect way to spend all that stimus money. It has a freshly built EJ hybrid engine, 5-speed EJ trans with welded center diff for RWD operation, all sorts of custom parts and hundreds of hours invested. I’ve tried to compile a list of mods, but I’m sure I’m forgetting things, so if you’re seriously interested don’t hesitate to ask! I’m a professional mechanic and have personally done all the work at my shop.

-Fully rebuilt EJ25 block, bored .50mm over
-Dual-port EJ22 heads with reshaped combustion chambers
-Quench clearance set to .032”, MLS head gaskets
-Delta street grind cams
-All new timing components, hoses, lines, wires, etc.
-True cold air intake
-Custom 4 into 1 exhaust
-Oversize aluminum radiator with expansion tank
-Have not dynoed, but I’d estimate around 200hp. Very high compression makes for lightning fast throttle response and insane amounts of torque. Car weighs ~1800lbs so it feels very fast and spins the tires in any gear.

Chassis and other stuff:
-Lowered, all new shocks, adjustable front ride height
-Fuel cell and external surge tank
-Rear-mounted battery
-Redrilled hubs to 114.3
-Vintage American Racing Watanabe style rims, powder coated in gunmetal, brand new general tires
-All new brakes, front wheel bearings, ball joints, etc.
-Hybrid rear axles with stronger CV joints

Things to note:
-No heater (hoses are there to add if desired)
-Gauges are not functional
-Interior is mostly stripped down, however I have all parts that came out of it
-Could definitely get more power with some tuning or a standalone ECU, but drives great and is very fast as-is

Again, I’m likely forgetting things. Any questions feel free to ask, I know everything about this car as I built it myself. Clean title in hand, comes with expired plates – was going to take through DEQ (checked emissions and car passes without issue, see picture of gas analyzer readout) and then they shut that down indefinitely, but can be driven as-is until it reopens. $5k firm, mainly looking for cash but will consider trades of you want to offer something of greater value or another car plus cash. Thanks!
